  SP Setia Quality Control Need To Improve

  Have been renting here for the last 4 years quite. We were planning to buy phase 2 which was in construction. Unfortunately, after staying there for 1 year we noticed SP Setia workmanship is not up to standard. There was leaking at the bathroom walls, kitchen walls and windows walls. You can see water ingress signs on the wall such as damp patches on the wall and paint peeling off. At the living hall/balcony SP Setia installed Naco Window made of plastic which after few years became the material became brittle due to sun heat. The glass wall on the balcony is not that convincingly safe because the holding screw becomes looses after few years. Management was good in the early years but the 2021 team is just puzzling. Changed policy without notice. Replaced the good security team.
