  It's a special place

  It feels like a completely different world out here. From the beautiful outdoor landscaping to the roads inside Eco Majestic, it really feels special. The symmetry of the terraced homes, colour combinations and facilities inside make this place instantly likeable. In fact, the minute we drove in through the main entrance, I had decided to invest here. My Merrydale house is spacious, with en-suite rooms and excellent building material quality.

  Interesting planning

  I bought my under-development Mellowoods house at Eco Majestic, and I have to say it feels so interestingly planned. The car park is on the inner side and when you go in, the living and dining space open into the garden at the back. The garden has a loveable picket-like fence with the property landscape in front of it. This makes the view nicer. There’s a space on the outside to put the washer-dryer which helps to keep the service space away from view. My master bedroom has a big balcony where I can already picture myself enjoying coffee every weekend while soaking in the view.

  Upgrade time

  Our business has been doing well for the past few years so we're eyeing to get the Stoneridge 5-bedroom colonial style bungalow at Eco Majestic. The entire property is beautifully planned, and looks so grand and spacious, it’s a welcoming place for guests. I’ve got three children so I either have the choice of keeping one guest bedroom and one game room or make another baby. Jokes aside, I’ll be converting the fourth into a game room. The double height living room gets plenty of natural light so it'll be perfect for entertaining.
