We bought a 1,200 sq ft unit mid-floor. The price PSF looked fair given the location. During inspection, I saw some aging tiles, water stains in bathrooms, and rust marks on external metal parts. We negotiated for these to be fixed prior to handover. If you're buying, check such things carefully — the view and location are compelling, but interiors / finishing can betray the age.

Holiday Use, with Fluctuating Demand
We rented out our unit when we don’t use it — guests enjoy walking to the beach and close access to restaurants & shops. Income is decent during peak season. Off-season though, occupancy dips and you have to budget for upkeep (air-conditioning, cleaning). The condo management is responsive, but renovations and repairs sometimes take time.

Beach Vibes & Sea Views — But Maintenance
I’ve stayed here for a few years. Waking up to sea breezes and that coastal view is a blessing; it feels like a holiday every day. The pool and gym are used often and still in decent condition. But I do notice occasional slow lift times, and some corners (paintwork, balcony railings) show wear. For the price you pay, the view and location make the trade-offs tolerable.
