  Very disappointed with my experience living here. The lifts are constantly under maintenance, and it often takes an unreasonable amount of time just to go up or down. At one point, I even waited nearly an hour just for the lift to arrive. There are also extremely loud drilling and construction noises starting around 8–9 a.m. and continuing until 6 p.m. Even when management announces specific maintenance dates (for example, 26 October), the noise still happens outside those stated periods without proper explanation. On top of that, the basement carpark has very poor ventilation. If I leave my car there for just a day, it gathers a noticeable layer of thick dust. For the price of this apartment, the experience and overall quality are far below expectations. I honestly would not recommend

  Value-for-Money Option

  If you’re buying or investing in Edumetro, what you see is largely what you get. The location helps, especially for guests / short tenants. But in my view the long-term appeal depends entirely on how management keeps up the place. If fountains, lifts, plumbing, and common areas are maintained well, it’ll hold up. If not, you’ll start seeing complaints about drop in comfort and condition.Ω

  Good Guest/Base Option, but Maintenance &

  We used a unit here while attending an event nearby. The apartment was comfy and the lake view was lovely. Check-in was smooth. But the couch was stiff, the bathroom bidet leaked a little, and we had to mop water off the floor after showering. It’s not luxury — just decent and serviceable.

  Okay for rental

  I’ve rented a unit in Edumetro @ Subang Jaya for several months. The layout is functional, rooms are clean when I move in, and location is acceptable for getting to malls, offices, and transit. But I’ve had issues with plumbing leaks once, and occasional noise from nearby traffic.
