  Good Long-Term Bet — If Maintenance Keeps Up

  I bought a small serviced unit as an investment. The education + commercial mix gives rental appeal. My worry is upkeep — I’m watching how management handles landscaping, lift servicing, and communal wear-and-tear. If they stay disciplined, I think this property will age well; if not, the premium paid may erode.

  modern and fresh

  Everything feels new and clean — finishes, lighting, the lobby — all well kept. The layout of my studio is smart. But on some days I hear noise from near streets or neighboring towers. Also, common areas like the gym or lounge are often busy in evenings.

  Smart Concept, Good for Students/Professional

  I moved into Edusphere in late 2022. The idea of living close to shops, classrooms, and residences all in one place sold me. The unit is compact but efficient for my needs. That said, if you don’t have a car, you’ll feel the pinch — things like groceries, transit, or errands get less convenient.
