  Bought into EKOFLORA 2 as a long-term hold — I believe that the combination of Eco masterplan, freehold landed status, and exclusivity gives upside. But I’m not expecting rapid flips. I’m monitoring unit orientation, finishing details, and how soon the supporting amenities are fully live. If all those align, this will likely be one of the better landed addresses in the area.

  Living in a ‘home-in-a-garden’ from the blueprint is a dream. I’m drawn to the idea of stepping out from your home into shaded walkways, water features, greenery. However, until units are handed over and management starts regular maintenance, it’s partly a bet. If finishings are top-notch and upkeep is disciplined, this will age gracefully.

  Landed Feel in Eco Township — But Expect a Pr

  We reserved a cluster home at EKOFLORA 2 partly because we love the Eco Botanic / Eco Spring ecosystem. The garden corridors, green space, and sense of openness sell hard. But as more units launch, noise from internal traffic and differences in lot orientation become obvious — not all units feel equal. If you pick garden / corner lots, you’ll feel the premium.
