  Space For Community Activities

  The multi purpose hall is useful when residents need a larger area for gatherings or activities. I also enjoy using the barbecue area when I have friends visiting. The jogging track gives me somewhere to walk in the evening without making a separate trip. When I want to relax, I sometimes use the swimming pool or sauna. I have also found the covered car park convenient during rainy weather. The 24 hours security gives me extra reassurance when returning home late.

  Nice Weekend Family Meals

  I currently own a unit here and enjoy having family over on weekends. The barbecue area gives us a simple place to prepare meals and spend time together. The children can use the playground while the adults catch up. The multi purpose hall is also useful when we have a bigger gathering. It has made hosting relatives more convenient for me.

  Morning Jogging Habit

  The jogging track is convenient for my morning walks and light runs. I also enjoy using the reflexology path when I want something more relaxed. These facilities fit nicely into my daily routine
