  Good value landed/terrace option if you pick

  We bought a 2.5-storey link house here (6-bed, 5-bath) because the price was below comparable newer landed houses in nearby areas. The space is amazing for our growing family. Our tip: pick a house not directly facing main traffic or the shop-lot rows — those tend to be noisier and less private. With a bit of renovation, you really make a steal.

  Living in Fadason Park means being close to shops, clinics, schools and bus stops — all within minutes. The house types and units vary a lot, and the mixed residential + shop-lot setting means there’s life. That said, the enclave sits near Jalan Kepong and several highways, so during peak times you’ll hear vehicle noise and deal with traffic leaving the gate.

  Plenty of space & amenities, just beware

  We moved into a serviced-unit here around a year ago. The built-ups are generous (845–1,250 sq ft) for a studio/3-bed setup, and things like the pool, playground and security add real value. But it’s an older leasehold development, so you’ll spot wear-and-tear (tiling, lighting) and need to budget for small fixes.
