Safe and Quiet Enclave, but Traffic Outside
The gated security here really makes a difference — guards are active and most neighbours know each other. It’s peaceful inside, though once you drive out to the main Kepong stretch, traffic gets heavy. Parking can be tight during festive seasons, but day-to-day life inside is calm and community-driven.

Big Family Space, Older Bones
We’ve stayed here for a few years and love how much room there is — six bedrooms, wide living areas, and decent airflow. But being an early-2000s build, you’ll need to keep up with maintenance. We’ve changed roof tiles, updated wiring, and fixed old leaks, but once that’s done it’s a comfortable home with plenty of breathing space.
