Easy access

My reason for purchasing an apartment at Fahrenheit 88 back in 2015 was the convenience this location would offer. I think back then, the foresight worked. The apartment is easily accessible by monorail and MRT via the Bukit Bintang station. Retail-wise, nothing could be more convenient than living on top a mall. Boutiques, banks, restaurants - you name it and you'll find it here. There’s easy access to schools too. As for the apartment, it's spacious and all the fitments from when the project was new still work like a charm.

Sound investment

I purchased my apartment at Fahrenheit 88 as an investment. Since 2012, I have successfully rented it out and am now having my fourth tenant here. Management maintains the building well and there’s easy access to all the amentities you need since it's connected to the mall. There’s 24 hour security, a gym and a pool for recreational purposes. Since this area is pretty high-density, finding a tenant has been very easy for me.

Good appreciation

It has more than 5 years of living at Fahrenheit 88 in Bukit Bintang. Since it's located in the business hub, property rates have appreciated nicely and there are always business opportunities here. A majority of this project comprises of commercial units and there are only 59 residential units here. The lesser the better honestly, as nights are a lot more peaceful once the offices and commercial places close shop.
