  Investment-Friendly Spot — Just Be Selective

  As an investor I like Flora Green: freehold, large built-ups (1.7k-3k sq ft), a relatively small total unit count (160) and a category of buyers/renters who want bigger space. Recent listings show units from ~RM 322-335 psf. However, units facing less-desirable orientations or lower floors tend to fetch less. My advice: go for higher floors, good view, and inspect finishing before buying — those variables make a big difference in resale/rental.

  Great Amenities & Location

  Living here means we actually use the pool, gym, jogging track and BBQ area on weekends — it’s quite a comfortable lifestyle. The location is decent with schools, shops and UTAR nearby. But I won’t gloss over some frustrations: we logged minor maintenance requests (e.g., balcony drain, lift panel) that took longer than expected. The building isn’t new, so you’ll notice wear in common areas.

  Spacious Freehold Condo with Golf-Views — If

  We moved into Flora Green about 3 years ago. Our unit (≈1,782 sq ft) feels truly roomy for the family, and having freehold tenure gives us peace of mind. The view towards the golf-course fairways is lovely when we’re on the higher floors. That said, being built in 2000, some fittings are dated, so we budgeted for small upgrades. For the size and tenure, we felt the trade-off was worth it.
