  Great Eastern Mall - A Serene and Convenient

  I own a shoplot at Great Eastern Mall and it has been a fantastic location for my business. The mall offers a serene and peaceful environment, which is a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of KL. The weekly attractions at the mall atrium also bring in a constant flow of visitors, providing great exposure for my shop. The ample and affordable car parking is a huge plus, making it convenient for customers to visit. With a range of upmarket outlets and eateries, the mall attracts a discerning crowd, ensuring a steady stream of potential customers.

  A Review of Retail Outlets Available for Rent

  I am extremely satisfied with the retail outlets available for rent or sale above the ground floor of the Great Eastern Mall. The six floors of retail outlets and restaurants offer a diverse range of options for businesses. Additionally, having the supermarket cold storage on the lower ground floor is incredibly convenient. The bustling fleamarkets on the ground floor add a vibrant atmosphere to the area. I am currently renting a space here and I am hopeful to soon be able to purchase a lot above.

  A Convenient and Family-Friendly Neighborhoo

  I am always on the go due to my work, and Great Eastern Mall is the perfect stop for me. Located along Jalan Ampang & Jalan Jelatek areas, it offers convenience and is never too crowded. I particularly enjoy the nice restaurants here, which offer a variety of cuisines. As a foreigner who works and stays close by, I find this mall to be a great place to unwind and grab a bite to eat. The kiosks and shops selling household products are also a bonus. Overall, it's a family-friendly mall with something for everyone.
