  Very prestigious

  If there is ever a prestigious project to invest in Penang, it is Gurney Paragon. I've been lucky enough to own a luxurious apartment at this stunning condo since 2014. Since it's such a rare project, the residents here raise the overall class of the building. This ensures that the property is well maintained, clean and even for the developer, it was critical to use good quality materials everywhere. This location is very convenient too.

  Top quality

  My place at Gurney Paragon is beautiful with high quality materials and fittings. You’d expect that of a property like this one. What’s really nice however, is that the community spaces inside the premises is equally well made and begs you to use it. We love the infinity pool, barbecue deck and gym. Malls, hotels, restaurants, etc are all available in the vicinity.

  Rags to riches

  I grew up in a typical lower-middle class family where we had very little beyond feeding ourselves. I learned to work hard and have enough for future generations to live comfortably. Now I have a family and own a penthouse at Gurney Paragon. It’s spread across almost 7000 sq ft with more than enough room for my extended family. Gurney Paragon is a lovely luxurious property, with excellent facilities and since we moved in here, it has further helped my business as the penthouse is an excellent advertisement for my success.
