  Just nice for small families

  Bought a unit after visiting my cousin who stays here. The unit’s compact but laid out well, and the three bedrooms fit nicely. The kindergarten downstairs is a big plus for us young parents. Feels homely and practical.

  Practical for working folks

  I work near town and this location saves me a lot of travel time. Easy bus access, good facilities, and affordable. Not a luxury condo, but great for working adults like me who just want somewhere convenient and safe.

  Worth the value

  Bought this place mainly for its price and location. For a freehold unit on Penang island, it’s quite a bargain. The facilities are enough for what I need, and parking’s covered. So far, maintenance has been decent too.
