  A View Worth Having

  The rooftop infinity pool was one of the first things that caught my attention when I visited the property. Being able to see the city and both Penang bridges from that height feels special. I often head up to the rooftop during sunset when I have some free time. The jacuzzi is another place I use when I want to relax after a long day. I also appreciate the state of the art gymnasium because it makes regular exercise more convenient. I am very pleased with the lifestyle this residence offers.

  Secure New Residence

  I moved into Iconic Regency because I wanted a newer home where I could feel comfortable living alone. The 24 hour security gives me peace of mind, especially when I return late from work. I also appreciate having a multi storey car park because parking is convenient. The facilities on different levels give the property a more interesting feel. So far, I am very happy with my choice.

  Amazing City Views

  I wanted a home with a great view. The rooftop infinity pool has an amazing view of the city and both Penang bridges. I often spend time there in the evening when I want to relax. The view was one of the main reasons I chose this place.
