  Long Term Commercial Asset

  I was looking for something that I could hold without constantly having to monitor every detail. The car park is convenient whenever I visit the unit or meet someone there. I also like having a mini mart within the property because it gives people an easy option for basic purchases. These small conveniences make the property easier to use on a regular basis. I am comfortable keeping the unit as part of my longer term portfolio.

  One thing I like is that it is fairly straightforward to look after. I can visit the shop, check things and leave without needing to spend too much time there. The car park makes these quick visits easier, especially when I have several things to carry. The mini mart is also useful for small everyday needs.
