  Good balance

  For what you pay, the quality is above average. Gym, sauna, steam bath, and even an aeroyoga room. Not something you easily find in Kajang at this price range.

  Worth the investment for rental

  I bought a unit mainly for rental and it’s been a good decision. Many working adults choose this place because it’s just 20 minutes to KL, and they like the condo lifestyle without KL prices. Facilities are a strong pull for tenants.
