  A Dream Home in Kampung Jawa: Comfort, Conven

  I am overjoyed with my recent purchase of a house at Kampung Jawa. The double-storey unit on Jln Samarinda ticks all the boxes for me with its 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The fact that it is freehold and partially renovated gives me a sense of security. The car porch with a fully tiled floor and awning, along with the auto gate and 4 units of air conditioning, make everyday living comfortable and convenient. The racially diverse neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. Purchasing this property for Rm3XX XXX was an absolute steal.
