  My Lovely Home

  I have been living at Ayuria with my family for 5 years, and it has been a very comfortable experience. The neighbourhood is peaceful and safe, and the amenities are well-maintained and convenient. It feels like a warm and welcoming place for family living. Plus, the restaurants and shopping malls are very near, that is really very convenient.

  Just a peaceful place that feels like a deep

  Living at Kiaramas Ayuria has been a calming experience. The hilltop location gives it a quiet, tucked-away feel. Surrounded by greenery, every morning felt refreshing. The pool and landscaping truly give off a resort vibe. Facilities are solid, I used the gym and sauna regularly. Security is tight, which made me feel safe at all times. The lobby always felt welcoming, not cold or overly fancy. Traffic can be a hassle during rush hours, but manageable. Great place if you value peace, space, and classic charm.

  New place, new peace

  I've been staying at Kiaramas Ayuria for a while now, and honestly, I really like it here. The place feels peaceful, not too noisy or crowded. My unit faces some trees and I get a lot of fresh air, especially in the mornings. The space inside the house is good. Even the kitchen has proper room to move around. I like sitting on the balcony in the evening and sometimes you can even hear birds sound. Facilities are well-kept. The pool is clean, gym is decent, and the security guards are friendly. Also, the neighbours mostly keep to themselves, which is fine by me. Not much drama. Traffic can get a bit busy during school hours, but other than that, the location’s pretty convenient. Got groceries, cafes, and all that nearby.

  So happy we picked this place to stay

  Kiaramas Ayuria feels peaceful with a really nice lake and garden area right outside the buildings. The layout of the units seems thoughtful and cosy, and most places look bright and spacious, great for relaxing at home. The shared parts of the condo are charming, with lakeside paths, a pavilion, and benches where you can sit and enjoy the view. There’s a pool and a small gym too, which look well-kept without feeling crowded. It’s also gated and quiet, so it gives off a safe and calm vibe.
