  Simple place, full heart

  Kr7 Residences looks like a good mix of style and practicality. It's close to major highways and near Awan Besar LRT Station (SP19), which makes daily travel easy. The design feels modern and clean, not flashy but still classy. It gives off a simple yet premium vibe. The layout doesn’t seem too packed, which is nice. From what I saw, it’s not overly dense like some city condos. It feels like a calm place despite being close to the city. If the final build stays true to the plans, it could be a solid choice.

  Feeling good so far

  Booked a unit at KR7 Residences, and it feels like a well-balanced choice. The design is sleek and understated, with a clean, modern look that feels premium without trying too hard. The layout feels open and not overcrowded, offering a sense of space. It gives off a peaceful vibe despite being near the city, which is great for young professionals or small families. Excited to see how it all comes together.

  A little world of my own

  Saw the project early on and felt the location quite strategic. It’s near school, market, and public transport, so good for future staying. Still under construction, but so far, work seems on track. Showroom unit looked nice, so hoping real one also same. I like the location, near to public station and also got school and market nearby. Plan to live here with my wife after wedding. Price still okay for this area. The building design looks modern and smart. Hope they keep the quality like in the showroom unit.
