  Decent for the price

  I’ve checked out a few older apartments before, and Krystal Heights feels well kept for its age. The security guards are polite, and the location’s hard to beat. For under RM200k, you can’t expect luxury, but it’s a solid buy if you just want a comfy, practical home.

  Good location for everyday living

  Been staying here a few years now. It’s not fancy but very convenient. You can get to town fast using Jelutong Highway, and there’s Tesco and Sunshine nearby. Parking can get tight, but for the price, I’m not complaining. Feels safe and quiet enough for small families.

  Simple and practical choice

  Visited a friend here before deciding to buy. The unit is small, but honestly, it’s enough for one or two people. Easy to maintain, near schools and shops. I like that it’s freehold too.
