Best condo in Bandar Sunway – hands down

Searched all over Subang and Bandar Sunway before landing on LaCosta. The combination of resort-style facilities and the South Quay location is unmatched. Units are well-designed with quality fittings. LDP and NPE make getting around easy. Kids enjoy the sky gardens and the wading pool area. Sunway Pyramid has everything from groceries to restaurants to entertainment. Management is solid and responsive. Highly recommend.

Premium Sunway South Quay condo – unbeatable

Lived at LaCosta for 14 months and the facilities are genuinely world-class. Sandy beach pool, sky gardens, jacuzzi, sauna – all kept in excellent condition. The South Quay lake creates a resort-like atmosphere right in the development. Taylor's University just minutes away, Sunway Pyramid for shopping and dining. Sunway Medical Centre is a 5-minute drive. Well-managed building with tight security. Great choice for young professionals and families.

Beachfront pool and skyline views in the midd

LaCosta at Sunway South Quay is genuinely impressive. The sandy beach pool and Olympic-length lap pool are facilities I've never seen elsewhere at this price point. Views from higher floors over the South Quay lake and KL skyline are stunning. Taylor's, Monash, and SEGi are all just minutes away. Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Medical Centre are extremely close. LDP and NPE make the whole Klang Valley accessible. Loved every month here.
