  Future planning

  I moved into Lakefront Residences last year as I wanted to plan for my children’s college. My oldest goes to college this year and his younger sister will go in two years. The list of colleges in Cyberjaya is long - Kirby International College, UNIMY, UoC and Lim Kok Wing University. I wanted to ensure they reduce their travel time so they can focus on their studies. The quality of life Cyberjaya as a whole is really top class.

  Intricate detailing

  Lakefront residence is such a beautiful beast in the Cyberjaya area. It’s a set of very tall towers however, the closer you go, there are so many details that make it looks so nice and welcoming. I own a 2BR here, which isn’t that big a space compared to the larger apartments however for the price, I got a great deal. Plus, the awesome community spaces in the premises definitely make up for it as the property is spread over a massive chunk of freehold land.

  Modern and spacious

  I bought the 1568 sqft apartment at Lakefront Residence in Cyberjaya last year. It is a thoroughly modern project with spacious apartments. I liked my floor plan a lot as it has a large wide living room that allows for a small study space too. The living room, master bedroom and another bedroom have full length balconies and large windows that draw in plenty of natural light. The building as a whole is a dominating presence with its tall towers.
