Long Branch Residence

Wellness Focused Living

I wanted to pay more attention to my overall daily routine. I have started setting aside time for simple activities instead of spending every evening indoors. The reflexology path is something I use when I want a slower form of movement. I also visit the gymnasium room and occasionally try the Aeroyoga room when my schedule allows. The steam bath gives me another way to relax after a busy week. I like having different activities available so I do not get bored with the same routine. These facilities have encouraged me to spend more time looking after myself. Owning the unit has made it easier to maintain these habits consistently.

Weekend Basketball

Basketball is something I enjoy playing during my free time. I usually use the court on weekend mornings when I have fewer commitments. Sometimes I play with other residents and sometimes I practise on my own. Having the court nearby saves me from travelling elsewhere for a game. It has become one of the activities I look forward to during the weekend.

Easy Grocery Runs

I chose this bungalow because having basic shopping nearby would make daily life easier. The mini mart is useful when I need a few things without making a separate trip. I often stop by after returning home from work. It has been a small convenience that I use more often than I expected.
