  "Booked a 2-bed unit. Simple layout, good price, and close to DUKE. Security looks solid. We like the KL view. Can’t wait to move in once it’s done! "

  Easy access to many highways and a great inve

  I work in IT and was looking for a small but smart investment, and M Azura fits the bill. It’s not luxury, but it’s modern, secure, and surprisingly affordable for its location. The 700 sqft layout suits singles or couples, and the KL view adds value. Planning to stay in it for a while and maybe rent it out later. Having a gym and pool helps, but honestly, the easy access to DUKE and MRR2 was what sealed it for me.

  Close to family, with serene surroundings

  "We wanted something peaceful and practical. The 2-bedroom unit is enough for our needs. It’s close to our daughter’s place. We liked the gated concept and the lifts with access card. Looking forward to quiet evenings with a view of the skyline. "
