  Just booked a unit at M Nova in Kepong! Loved the convenience, close to DUKE Highway, making commuting easy. The mixed development means shops and daily essentials are right downstairs. Modern design, practical layout, and great value near KL without the high price. Excited to see it come together!

  Everything feels relaxed

  Recently invested in a unit at M Nova in Kepong, seeing strong potential in its future value and lifestyle offering. While it’s still under construction, the early plans and concept stood out, its mixed development setup, which promises added convenience with retail options right downstairs. What really appealed to me was the balance it offers urban accessibility without the premium KL price tag. If the final build lives up to expectations, M Nova could easily become a well-rounded home base for modern living.

  Support convenient living

  Still under construction but looks very promising. The buildings already taking shape and the location is quite convenient. Not far from main roads and got shops nearby too. That's one reason I booked here. Price also not too high for city area. The design looks modern and stylish. Every time I pass by, I see workers busy with the site. That gives me a bit of hope. The team also shares regular updates in the owner group so we feel like things are moving well. I’m mostly looking forward to the facilities like parking. Hopefully, it all finishes on time. Many of us already planning how to furnish the place.
