  I’ve lived in Kepong for over 30 years. M Zenya’s location is peaceful and just across from the park where I walk every day. My wife and I wanted something smaller and easier to maintain, and the layout suits us well. We’re excited to downsize without leaving our familiar area.

  Just the nice size for my budget and needs

  Saw the ad online, visited the showroom, and booked. I work from home so being near a park helps me clear my mind. The size fits what I need, and I hope it’ll be a good investment too.

  A lovely place for our first home

  Feels like a good step for our new life together. We didn’t want to stay too far from our parents, and this project is still near everyone. The unit we chose has a simple layout, and the future LRT nearby will be helpful. Booking process was smooth.
