  Community vibes

  What I like most is the sense of community. Families, young couples, even retirees; everyone seems to enjoy the shared spaces. My parents visit often and they find it easy to move around with the lifts and gardens.

  Expat perspective

  As someone working in PJ, Maisson has been a comfortable base. The facilities are well kept, and the unit itself is bright with decent fittings. I enjoy the sky garden—it’s a nice spot to unwind after work.

  Family friendly living

  We’ve been here a few years now and my kids love the pool and playground. The landscaped gardens give us space to walk in the evenings. It feels safe and secure, which is what matters most for us as a family.

  The kids love it

  Maisson is all about getting my children back home once they get out to play. Sometimes it irritates me that they just don’t want to come home. The developer has made such a nice children’s playground, and since this project has attracted a lot of young couples, a lot of children live here who have a blast after school. The Olympic sized swimming pool keeps myself and my husband fit and he likes the gym too.

  Smart space utilization

  I own a 2-Bedroom apartment at Maisson in Ara Damansara. I liked the careful utilization of space in the apartment, and when we saw the show flat, we liked the ideas the developer had used for furnishing the house so we did a similar interior for our house. I like the curved window in the living room. It gets in a lot more natural light into the house. There’s a bus stop at Maisson and RapidKL KJ24 is a short distance away.

  Inside out

  I purchased an apartment at Maisson, Ara Damansara because we are outdoorsy people and this project is all about enjoying the outdoors. Careful consideration has been put into designing the common spaces in the project – the landscaping, children’s playground, the larger than expected swimming pool and even the rooftop deck where we just chill out or watch fireworks during festive occasions.
