  It surrounded by all kinds of retail shops (F&B, grocery, personal care, bakery, clinic, hardware, tuition centre). we don hv to go shopping mall , as all the services we need can simply get over here.

  Short trip from work

  I work in Sentul, so it was a no brainer to invest in a unit here at Maxim Citylights. When I got a new job in this area in 2018, my partner and I decided we needed to cut travel time for a better work-life balance. This project had all the right ingredients - good quality facilities and amenities, easy access to malls and schools. Back then we were planning to have a child so it was important that there were a few options in the area education-wise.

  Good public transport connections

  I have been living at Maxim Citylights on rent since 2019. The location is convenient for work as I don’t have to travel much. If you use public transport, the Sentul Timur station is the nearest, but since both my wife and I drive to work, we are glad that the condo offers two complimentary parking spots per unit. To top it off, the facilities in this complex are top quality, from the pool to the gym. Since both of us love staying fit, we find ourselves using the facilities on an almost daily basis.

  Wonderful weekends

  Thanks to KLPAC and several malls in the vicinity, I’ve definitely got my weekend entertainment sorted since I shifted to Maxim Citylights. My girl prefers the malls for some reason! My unit is 1260 sqft has a spacious master bedroom and a balcony that wraps around most of the apartment. I've converted the study into my makeshift office since MCO. If you're the type who entertains often, you'll enjoy the living room which is spacious and airy as it gets a large opening into the balcony.
