  Quiet Personal Escape

  Always wanted a place where I could switch off after busy working days. I usually spend some time walking around the community garden when I need a break from being indoors. On days when I want more relaxation, I use the jacuzzi or sauna. The swimming pool is another option when I feel like doing something more active. I also appreciate the 24 hours security because I sometimes come home quite late. Having a surau within the residence is convenient and fits naturally into my routine.

  Weekend Cookouts

  I enjoy having friends over for casual weekends. The barbeque area gives us a convenient place to cook and spend time together. We usually end up chatting for hours instead of going out somewhere. I also like having the swimming pool nearby when we want to relax afterwards. The multi purpose hall is another useful space when we have a larger gathering. So far, the shared facilities have made hosting friends much easier.

  Prayer Convenience

  Having a surau within the residence was important to me. It is convenient when I want to pray without having to travel elsewhere. I also like the community garden because it gives me somewhere peaceful to walk. The property fits nicely into my daily routine.
