  Office Investment Basics

  I spent some time thinking about what would matter to people using the building every day, rather than focusing only on the unit itself. The cafes are useful for quick meals, coffee or short breaks without needing to leave the property. I also like having a multi purpose hall because it gives occupants another option for meetings and events. The surau is a thoughtful facility that can be useful during a busy working day. The 24 hours security is another feature I value when I am not personally at the property.

  I wanted an office investment that could offer some everyday convenience to occupants. The cafes are particularly useful for people who do not want to leave the building whenever they need something to eat or drink. The surau is another practical facility that I think many office users would appreciate. I also like that there is a multi purpose hall for activities that need more room. Having 24 hours security adds another layer of reassurance for both owners and tenants. These are simple features, but I think they make the property easier to appreciate as an office investment.

  The cafes are convenient when I need a quick meal or coffee during a property visit. I also like having a multi purpose hall as it gives the building an extra space for different activities. The 24 hours security is reassuring when I am not around.
