  Nearby with BRT, KTM so far what I love most is the easy access to commute by public transport. Also nearby groceries, under the apart there are kedai runcit and mamak as well also you can walk approximately 200-500 meters and can find speedmart, eco, Mr. DIY, groeceries, restaurants etc. those two things what I love the most. But, don't expect too much for the cleanliness. here also many of foreigners but there are a lot of rooms or rent houses that can suits your budget really vary from the cheapest one until the good interior one.

  Poor management

  I've been stay here for 2 years. The management is very poor. Can't expect for the clean environment. So much of foreigners and not secured environment for students. Rental is reasonable and transportation facilities superb good and 24hrs mamak shop .. got nearby groceries shop ..

  MENTARI COURT

  THE APARTMENT IS AT THE BEST LOCATION. NEARBY MANY AMENITIES. WELL CONNECTED TO MANY HIGHWAYS. WELL CONNECTED WITH TRAIN CONNECTION - KTM , BRT, LRT. GOOD MANAGEMENT. WELL MAINTAIN APARTMENT.
