  I regularly have friends and relatives visiting, so having a comfortable place to host them mattered to me. The unit works well when I have people over for a meal or a casual catch-up. Everyone can sit comfortably without the place feeling too crowded. I really enjoy that part of living here.

  Conveniently Located Home

  I live on my own and wanted somewhere that suited my lifestyle. Having plenty of places to eat and shop nearby means I can easily make plans after work or at weekends. I rarely need to travel far for simple things. It makes living here very convenient for me.

  Parents Feel Comfortable

  I wanted a home where my parents could feel comfortable whenever they stayed with me. The surroundings are convenient and getting around for daily needs is easy. They have become quite familiar with the area as well. Seeing them comfortable makes me happy with my choice.
