  Comfortable Life

  My friends often come over, and we usually choose between the games room and barbecue area depending on what we feel like doing. When we have more guests, the function room gives us additional space. I also enjoy using the gymnasium when I have time for a workout. The swimming pool is nice for a relaxed afternoon with friends. I appreciate having a car park because most of my guests drive over. The security arrangements, including the two tier system and CCTV, make having visitors feel more organised. It has been a comfortable place for me to balance home life and social time.

  Hobby And Social Time

  I wanted a home where I could enjoy my hobbies without always having to go somewhere else. The games room has been useful when I want to play something with friends. We also use the function room when more people join us. The barbecue area makes casual meals easy to arrange. I like having a car park within the property as well.

  Settled Older Home

  I liked the feel of an established residential property. The older completion year was not an issue for me because I wanted a home with a settled atmosphere. I also appreciate having a car park within the property. The swimming pool gives me somewhere to relax when I have free time.
