  Nice place to start

  Bought my first home here. Simple, comfy, and near everything I need. Not fancy, but a solid choice for young owners or couples starting out.

  Big space, good location

  Love the big layout and practical design. Lots of good food around OUG and Kuchai area. Parking can be tricky for guests, but location makes up for it.

  Convenient and affordable for small family

  Good value for the price. My unit fits my small family comfortably, and everything we need is nearby. Traffic can be heavy during peak hours, but otherwise it’s a good place to stay.

  Paradise Resort: A Relaxing and Fun Getaway f

  OUG Parklane is a paradise for relaxation and fun! The sauna is a fantastic way to unwind, and the cafeteria offers delicious food options. My children adore the playground with its slides and seesaws, and I enjoy the peaceful walks and jogging in the vast area. The picnic spots are perfect for family outings, and my pets love exploring the surroundings. The swimming and wading pools provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. The barbecue area is always available for a great weekend gathering. The top-notch security measures, including CCTV cameras and vigilant personnel, make me feel secure and well-protected. The staff is always receptive to any concerns and ensures unauthorized intrusion is prevented. I highly recommend this place!

  Convenient Location and Great Dining Options

  I absolutely love staying at OUG Parklane! The location was perfect as there were several shopping malls just a short drive away, such as Pearl Point Shopping Mall, Amcorp Mall, and Pavilion Bukit Jalil. It made shopping and dining options incredibly convenient. Speaking of dining, there were fantastic restaurants nearby like Down To Bones (OUG), Good Taste Restaurants, Kin Thai Restaurant, OUG Jade Restaurant, Murni Discovery Bukit Jalil, and Ratatouille Restaurant.

  Living near 99 Speedmart and having access to various LRT and MRT stations is a game-changer. I no longer have to worry about long commutes or struggling to find transportation. The convenience of having everything within reach is amazing. Whether I need groceries or want to explore the city, I know I can rely on the nearby amenities and public transportation options. The feeder bus services are also a huge bonus, making it even more accessible. I highly recommend OUG Parklane to anyone who wants a hassle-free commute and easy access to essential services.
