  Convenient Location with Access to LRT and Ne

  I decided to purchase a place at Pacific Place @ Ara Damansara primarily because of its convenient access to the LRT, which allows me to easily commute to work. The added bonus of having a mall nearby is definitely a plus. As someone who values safety, I appreciate the additional safety measure of not allowing deliveries up to the tenant's unit. This ensures that I have to walk down to receive any packages, which gives me peace of mind.

  Pacific Place - The Perfect Choice for a Comf

  If you're looking for a place to stay, Pacific Place is the perfect choice. The price is reasonable, especially considering the variety of facilities available nearby, from LRT to dobi, mamak restaurants, groceries, KFC, clinics, and more, everything is within reach. On top of that, the presence of a gym, swimming pool, and high-end security ensures a comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Pacific Place!

  A Review of My Rental Place with Ample Parkin

  I have been renting at this place for a while now and I must say it is excellent. The availability of ample parking space is a major advantage. Moreover, having popular food outlets like KFC and Domino's within reach is fantastic, especially since they are my personal favorites. The best part about Pacific Place @ Ara Damansara is the diverse mix of residents. I love how Malaysians from different races and even foreigners come together here, creating a vibrant and inclusive community.

  Superb community spaces

  I threw a grand party at the multipurpose hall in Pacific Place for my daughter’s 16th birthday. My younger boy has also learned to swim in the lap pool here and I’ve become fitter thanks to the gym here. Pacific Place keeps on giving! We truly love it here, the floor plans are thoughtfully laid out to utilize every bit of space and the family has so many nearby malls we can visit on the weekends.

  This place is happening!

  Since I moved into Pacific Place, I get all my shopping done at Evolve or further out at CITTA Mall if necessary. Ara Damansara used to be a very quiet place, but has since grown into its own. There are a bunch of nice restaurants in the vicinity worth checking out if you happen to stay here. NKVE, Federal and the Subang Airport Road interconnect here, making a drive in and out of here very convenient albeit a little jam during rush hours.

  Orange is the new...

  If you sport a bright orange and white building in Ara Damansara, it’s my building, Pacific Place. This building stands out by the side of the road for all that orange. Anyway, I own a 2BR here, got it for a great price a few years ago and since this project is a mixed development, the convenience is excellent. Everything is literally at my doorstep. For a lazy person like me, getting my food and groceries sorted is very nice.
