  Why should people live at Palmville? During the day it is almost continually polluted by noise_ renovation drilling and hammering. The traffic jams on exit from the area and re-entry in the morning and evening respectively are truly horrendous and can only worsten as resident numbers and workers augment. Rents are actually far cheaper closer to the city in more desire able areas of Petaling Jaya.

  Palmville Peace

  On first entering Palmville you may think you have reached an oasis of tranquillity. Think again! Constant renovation - or more accurately, judging by the piles of bricks and cement bags - internal rebuilding blights the ear. The noise can actually be heard from the roadway. One internatiinal student paying a premium rent and university fees thought his ceiling was about to hit the floor. An infant was hastened from tbe building. The owners' management committee needs to intervene in tnese health and safety issues - URGENTLY.
