  Suitable For Visitors

  I currently own a unit here and often have relatives visiting for a few days. The children's pool is useful when younger family members come along. They also enjoy the playground while the adults spend time nearby. The tennis court gives the older members of the family another activity to try. With 24 hour security, I feel more comfortable when guests are moving around the residence. The facilities make visits more enjoyable without needing to plan activities elsewhere.

  Weekend Tennis Games

  I wanted to spend more of my weekends playing tennis. The tennis court makes it easy to arrange a quick game without travelling elsewhere. I usually play with friends who come over to visit. Having two parking spaces also makes visits more convenient.

  Spacious Parking

  Having two allocated parking spaces was important to me. It gives me enough room for my car and another vehicle without worrying about shared parking. I also like having 24 hour security around the residence. So far, the setup has been convenient for my household.
