  Simple Investment

  I was not specifically looking for a newly launched development, as my priority was finding a practical apartment. The unit gives me flexibility to use it personally or consider other plans in the future. I like that the property has a mature residential character. Owning the apartment has also given me a place that I can rely on when I need somewhere to stay. Overall, I feel it was a sensible addition to my property plans.

  Room For Family

  I currently own a unit here and bought it with my family in mind. We wanted separate areas where everyone could have their own routine without feeling cramped. I like that the apartment has a lived in character rather than feeling overly new or unfamiliar. My family has settled into the space quite naturally. It works well for the way we live together.

  Comfortable Older Home

  I bought my unit here because I prefer apartments with an established feel. Since Park Avenue was completed while back, it has a more mature character that I personally like. The layout also works well for my everyday routine. So far, I am comfortable with my decision to own here.
