  Convenient location

  I work in Subang and my wife travels to Sunway. This condo’s location really saves time. Highways are right there and having malls and Columbia Asia nearby makes daily life easier.

  Practical and comfortable

  As retirees, we like that everything is simple here. The unit layout is straightforward, facilities are easy to access, and shops are nearby. It’s comfortable without being over the top.

  Peaceful home

  We chose Park Villa because of the low density. Only 280 units make it feel private and quiet, yet it’s still close to shopping and highways. Perfect balance for us.
