  Easy family living

  Our 3-bedroom is spacious and practical. Weekends at Lot 10 are just a short walk away. Kids love the pool. Busy outside, peaceful inside.

  Terrible

  The Pavilion Management should be ashamed of themselves! For 3 years they have been ignoring a major issue. The water here is not safe for bathing or cooking! It’s brown and yellow! Do not live here!

  Noise.

  Not recommended. Wonderful to see the absolute disregard from pavilion management / duty manager (specifically tony) who allows build permits and drilling from 1am in the mall which has direct impact to residents in the condo. Zero action. Zero care. Zero responsibility. Answer of "this is our build permit process". I expected a little more from a high end condo. No care, no support, no empowerment. Seriously not recommended as a home.
