  A Place To Settle

  I have arranged the rooms according to how I use them instead of having everything in one area. The additional space has also allowed me to keep my personal belongings organised. I enjoy having a quieter part of the house where I can read or spend time alone. When friends visit, there is enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The property was completed in 2008, which gave me a chance to consider a more established home. So far, I feel the house has given me the flexibility I was looking for.

  Flexible Home Layout

  Having three storeys gives us the flexibility to use each floor differently. One area can be kept for everyday family activities while another can be used for quieter time. I have found the extra space useful for keeping the house organised. It has made the property feel practical for our changing needs.

  More Room Upstairs

  I booked a unit here because I wanted a home with more room for my family. Having three storeys gives us enough space to keep different areas separate. The extra rooms have also been useful as our needs have changed. It feels more like a long term family home for us.
