  The development here is impressive

  We purchased our apartment at Pelangi Damansara way back in 2004 around the time the developer had just completed construction. In almost two decades, I’ve seen this area blossom beautifully with exactly the quality of development I was hoping for. It’s well planned and offers all the amenities one can expect. Our apartment is well maintained, has good quality flooring, and the community spaces are usable and clean.

  It's no-nonsense

  I have been renting my place at Pelangi Damansara in Kota Damansara for close to four years now. It’s a no-nonsense kind of a project with simple designs, decent sized apartments and average maintenance costs. There’s a nice pool if you care for a swim, a functional gym and plenty of play areas for the kids inside the premises. Supermarkets, restaurants and eateries are all within a 10-minute radius from here if the mini-mart downstairs doesn't already have what you need.
