  Resort style

  Cozy home for executives or those with young families. I used to live there from 2004 (our first home). Moved out in 2015 because we had more kids needed a bigger home. We didn't sell Perdana View. We still visit Perdana View and it's nice to see that the management is maintaining the place well.

  Relaxed Living Space

  I’ve been staying here for a while, and it really suits a working individual like me. Getting to the office is easy since public transport is just a short walk away. The rent feels fair for the space I get, and I enjoy using the gym and pool whenever I have free time.

  Simple Daily Joys

  Staying here has been easy and comfortable. Shops, cafes, and schools are close by, which makes daily life simple. The building is older but well maintained, and the neighbours are friendly. It’s a good choice for families who prefer convenience.

  Calm and Cosy

  Perdana View feels peaceful compared to busier parts of the city. My family enjoys the quiet surroundings, and the greenery around the blocks makes evening walks pleasant. The unit is spacious and comfortable, making it a nice place to call home.
