  I have noticed many houses listed recently for rent in property guru, however majority always replied as "not vacant". After few weeks, the same listing appears again for enquiry. I would like to know the process of ads and the handling by property agents, e.g: 1. Is my profile placed under racial discrimination, though I provide detailed info apart from being an "indian", since there is no reply after I fill up the profile form. 2. Why the listing keeps appearing though the agents reply it is already rented out.
