  Quiet Home Near City

  I like Petrie Villa because it feels very safe and peaceful for family life. The houses are spacious, and the low-density setup makes the place less crowded. Nearby shops and schools make daily life convenient, and traveling to Johor Bahru town is easy.

  Calmness We Truly Needed

  I chose Petrie Villa after landing a job in Johor Bahru, and it’s been a great fit for long-term living.   I Enjoy the Green View

  What I like most is the location, which is pretty central, so getting to town, malls, or even the causeway doesn’t take long. Saves a lot of time when running for shopping or meeting friends. The place itself feels private and secure. Gated area with guards always around, which gives some peace of mind. Inside the unit, the design is simple but modern. Got enough space, high ceilings, and big windows. Feels open and not boxed in. I enjoy just sitting near the window in the evening with a book or coffee. The area is quite peaceful during weekdays.
