Too many african/arabs staying here
The units are spacious, waste management is handled properly, security is strict maybe because there are so many foreigners here. Easy access to transportation, supermarket (mydin) is sufficient enough to get quick groceries. Many restaurants nest to the condo. In term of accessibility this place is great. The downside is the condo facilities. You need to get another access card to use the swimming pools and this card is for one person only. If u are a family of 5, you need to pay rm55 each to acquire the right to use the swimming pool. The gym is only for owners. Tenant cannot use. Refundable damage deposit for every work/moving/install is rm300 per work. great place for students/working singles/couples. Not very suitable for families.
