Insight of the security management in PV13

During my visit to PV13, I was given the visitor parking number of No. 51. When I reach No. 51 spot, there was a car parking at No. 51 (which he holds the No. 52) so I return to the guard to complain about this because this is perhaps the 5/6 times I have encounter this, and it is not my first time complaining this. Eventually we got into argument (with no fight), they informed the car who park at the wrong spot to move, instead of clamping the car, they decided to ban my car from entering again. In conclusion, you may decide whatever opinion you have while renting/buying, the security shows no responsibility and discipline at all (perhaps the training session’s bad) and you may see the authority abuse from the management office.
