  Quiet Residential

  I currently stay in one of the bungalow houses here and the amount of living space has been one of the best parts of owning this property. Family visits during holidays feel much easier because there is enough room for everyone to gather comfortably. The neighbourhood atmosphere also feels more private compared to high rise developments nearby. I noticed that many residents here prefer quieter living which adds to the peaceful surroundings.

  Private Space

  As a homeowner staying in one of the terraced houses here, I really enjoy the extra privacy around the property. The streets are usually calm which makes evening walks more relaxing. It has been a pleasant place for daily family living.

  Morning Views

  I booked a terraced house in Pulau Li Hua because I wanted a quieter environment for my family. The surroundings feel peaceful and less crowded compared to many newer residential areas. The neighbourhood already feels mature and comfortable.
