  Convenient location

  What I like is the easy access to highways and LRT. Commuting to work in Shah Alam will be much easier. Also, shops and schools nearby make it practical for small families.

  Facilities look promising

  Visited the showroom and was impressed by the facilities planned. The Olympic-length pool and co-working space are big plus points. Looks like a place where we can live and enjoy weekends without going out too much.

  Happy with our new home

  We recently booked a unit at Serasi Residences, excited to start our next chapter as soon-to-be parents. The location near the Putra Heights LRT Station (SP31) means we’re not fully reliant on driving, super helpful once the baby comes. Facilities like the pool, gym, and playground check all the right boxes for young families. The layout isn’t cramped, and the area is already matured with schools, clinics, and shops nearby. We love the peaceful vibe here, safe and calm, perfect for raising a little one. Hoping the final build lives up to the plans, but so far, it feels like the right move.

  Love This Place

  Bought a unit here recently. The project still under construction, but location was the main reason I picked it. Quiet area, lots of trees and not much jam compared to other places in Klang Valley. So far the building not up fully yet, but I can see they working hard. I like that they’re building with family-friendly setup. They mentioned got playground, gym, and garden space, so fingers crossed. The show unit was really nice. I just hope real one turn out same. I already imagining weekend evenings in the balcony with a coffee. Just waiting now!
